Jane Paik is an Anusara-based hatha yoga and Pilates teacher as well as a dancer/choreographer, certified massage therapist, and former athlete. Drawing on all of these sources and a continuous search into the mind-body connection through her work, she is able to address and understand students from myriad perspectives to create a practice suitable for the beginner to the advanced.
